Confused by this la mian, the portions were just swimming in soup. However, we also ordered fish soup from the stall next door and it was good. The decor is fine. Prices range from 7$ and above

A newly revamped Kopitiam with many new stores! I saw a few Michelin Star stalls as well ! Remember to download the fairprice group app and pay via the app for a 10% discount. I ordered from the Hawker Chan Soy Chicken stall. It taste as good as the flagship store at Smith Street, just extra few more dollars. Check them out if you wanna try out food court instead of the usual restaurants 👍

Kopitiam at Plaza Singapura is located at Level 6. It is a very big food court with a variety of food to choose from. Many seats available (round, rectangular with 4 to 6 seats or bar table for individuals). Long queue for the Riverside Indonesian BBQ during peak hours. The hot tea (teh) is nice. If pay by Fairprice group app, there is special discounts or vouchers. :)

The variety of stalls is different from the usual kopitiam. Found “mama” by Putien and a Michelin rated nasi lemak (but they indicated they it was not this outlet that has been rated). The Fujian Seafood Lor Mee broth at mama was tasty. The Nasi Lemak was disappointing as the sambal was average and some of the rice was a undercooked. The fried chicken saved them though. The ice-kachang, at $3.20, had quite a bit more ingredients than other cheaper ones. It also comes with 3 attap chees.

Had ginseng herbal soup＆yam rice for my late lunch at 0230pm. The herbal soup served was luke warm & the chicken meat not hot & tender but tough . Probably the chicken was left outside & not in the soup & when customer order then the soup is pour over it resulting in the chicken not hot but tough. Being hungry & expecting a good hot meal but it was really disappointed. I'll never patronise this stall again.

The renovated Kopitiam is much brighter and few are spin-off from restaurants. Tonight I ordered from Riverside. Next time I will order from other stalls. Too bad when I wanted to order from Mama, the mini Putien, it was sold out. I had been eaten here more than 2 decades

Had the signature chicken pot from the stall 鸡公煲and it exceeded my expectations for a food court standard. The amount of chicken in this pot is good enough for 2 pax. The sauce is super tasty and goes well with the rice. I ordered spicy level 2 and it turned out a little spicer than I thought. So if you are not into spicy stuff, suggest you order the level just above no spicy.
